If you don't use Commander (I don't) you can still remove fatigue by editing a file. If you want to know how let me know.

I just download and installed the Commander mod . Have to admit , made the game much smoother . No longer have to worry about crew switching

Agreed. RPITA! Personally, I wished they (devs) would have spent the bandwidth improving the notepad and timing mechanizm for getting target range and speed. The fatigue screen is for folks who like to play with dressing up dolls

I have to agree that moving little dudes around who should know how to do thier jobs takes away from the game for me. Personally I got sick of playing the "shift manager" game. I wanted to play the sink some ships game instead, so I turned off fatigue.
