try to put the properties compatible windows xp sp2 for SH3 and SH3 Commander and you can find SH5 in mod also.

All execs are under Windows 7 compatibility and have the option to run by an administrator!

I'm working with Windows 10, I'll try to see tomorrow on the seventh!

I started a new mission using last version of your mod IIA Weddingen Kiel August 1939

Two questions :
- I don t find any recognition manual. Is it normal?
- I cannot turn the Attack Periscope using Mouse and arrows.

Yes, but you'll have to edit the Commands**.cfg yourself.
