From your JSGME list, try leaving only the new sextant and see if the problem goes away.

As a last resort, only reinstalling / full installing TWoS can help you. I've heard from players that they had conflicts when upgrading from previous versions and solved them with a full install.

I did a full install. Tried using the old sextant but the problem persisted. I'll try reinstalling
