Ok when i say President of North America , Its agenda 2030 go look it up. And your right Donald Trump was born into wealth. But his wealth wasn't on the taxpayer tit. The political elites in this country just like yours go back how many years. same old families and the spider webs they breed that keep them in power.

I looked up Agenda 2030, still doesn’t say anything about Donald Trump ever being president of all North America. As far as I can tell, Canada is still an independent country too.

Not sure what my country has to do with this either. I’m quite happy to talk about the myriad of problems with my country’s politics, but let’s keep the US Politics Thread about US politics.

America and the world will change in the next 20 yrs. Hide your books . They may be they be the last vestiges of the world as we know it today. Hell if you don't think the Sci Fi Movies that Hollywood has been pushing out. They are trying to get your mind ready for their future. Look at what's on NetFlix for 1 and the rest will now fall in order. Hell if you don't have right think today you will be banned. Correct me if i'm wrong but Didn.t all Governments that turned out to be totalitarian have a Puppet that would stand up and be a good actor for the Party . The Party is a Politicians life and it doesn't matter if your commie,democrat,republican,socialist non believer or the local cop. It's the party you serve and the party is made up of old politicians and their families. In order for society to move ahead these families must be swept aside . but the structure of the party must remain.Just with new Blood. and new family names to last into our glorious future. Remember no one gets off this planet alive. and that is the truth. there is nowhere to go.

Trump is "successful" in a lot of his enterprises going bankrupt and evading taxes. He probably pays less taxes than you in the USA, but around 200,000 dollars for some Trump Hotel management in Beijing, China in 2013-2015. While he can't be blamed for the virus itself, he can rightfully be for "managing" the crisis and a lot of deaths. Regarding nepotism and the Donald, look it up.

Just now Yellen was speaking about how very important it is to help the most "disproportionately hardest hit industry" in both the EU and US, TOURISM. Maybe, tomorrow, when Trump leaves office, moderate rights and moderate lefts in the US, Europe and elsewhere in the world, who enjoy democracy and freedom have a chance to overcome their political differences and thinking about the core values in the West and what was achieved since WII - and how fragile those achievements still are today.

Frankly, I am not super optimistic but there is still hope....

It's a good thought and I am all for it but good will is what is needed. And a good start to that would be the combined left and right condemnation of free political speech suppression by the big tech overlords.
