"No CSubTorpedoCtrl" Error

Good Day Gents, I am also getting the No CSubTorpedoCtrl error and I am not sure why, Mods loaded in JSGME in this order:

Thomson's Sound Pack V3.2cg
Rbs1_SH4_Effects_GWX_30_71
M.E.P. v6
ARB WideGui 1920x1080 (working)
Supplement to V16B1 (JSGME)

I am also using the Steam Version but have moved it to a non steam folder to allow me to use the 4GB patch. Thanks for any help y'all can provide!
