Hi Vecko!

So this graphical glitch has nothing to do with TWOS options like "less fires/explosions, more smoke effects" ?? I thought it might be one of the possible reasons...

Hi guys,

I just came back to SH5. Unfortunately my game crashes as soon as I start a campaign. Clicking on start campaign lets me see the loading screen for 3 seconds and then I am back at the desktop.

1. I installed SH5
2. I launched SH5, exited.
3. Replaced the SH5.exe with the one in the pdf.
4. installed TWoS
5. Applied the patches

Did I miss something?

You should finish the installation first AND THEN replace the .exe.

SO

1.Install TWoS
2. Install optional Mods
3. Replace SH5.exe
4. Have fun!

from TWOS Manual:

If you own Uplay download version of the game, you'll have to perform manual sh5.exe replacement before you proceed to TWoS installation

Not good.Your exe file is unpached then. Install instructions are quite clear regarding this.

I have decided to install the new version of TWOS (2.2.20), reinstalling the game from scratch,
deleting everything. The previous version of TWOS worked perfectly
I have the UPLAY version and have installed everything according to the instructions.
(I have done it many times before with no problems).
Now, once the campaign has started (saved in the bunker at the beginning)
when I want to save the game I have CTD (crash to Desktop).

I have also noticed that it does not allow me to delete previously recorded games from the record screen,
it says "Delete file failed".
Please any help? I need to breath fresh sea air again !!

you may try to delete all SH5-related files in Windows (C/Windows/regedit), maybe something was left there, and prevents the correct TWOS usage...

Hi, please tell me if this is the wrong place.
I'm enjoying Real Nav with TWoS but it seems like when I request a celestial fix my navigator just waits a bit before giving me a weather update, am I doing something wrong?

Dead Reckoning works but obviously I'd like to be more precise.

That's normal. Navigator needs some time to calculate celestial fix. This can be adjusted in options file editor...

Thanks for the reply, will have another look. Didn't see any markers after a few minutes but will pay more attention!

Which is the correct order to install Optionals mods? JSGME shows the optionals mods in alphabetic order......
