i cant get the tdc ship recognition manual to open

i tried hitting the e key but it didnt open anything, neither the manual or the personal chart box

i tried opening the manual manually but pressing the yellow corners on the book doesnt open it

addons installed:
TWoS Campaign Advance Verifier_Testing
TWoS Encrypted Bdu Orders
TWoS Harbors Chimney Smoke
TwoS FX_Reduc. Fires and Expl._Incr.Flooding via Zones
TWoS Missing Nav Map Coordinates_Fix

Also tried running the game on administrator or windowed but neither helped the issue

i really want to play the game but i cant use the attack disk or raobf without it

Did you install the game and the mod according to install instructions? Read the first post of this thread as well...

I have a question regarding the Engima machine.


Any Idea what would cause a half decpichered Engima Message?
I decoded an exact similar message on October 3, but got 3/4 through it before it started going gibberish.

Is it possible that the tutorial is outdated?
