Thanks everyone for the great responses and helpful information. I've dropped $10 and downloaded V1.5 Uboat add-on and just got done previewing it. Not much has changed but I've only been on a couple of Quick Missions. I guess next step is to load Websters stuff... wish me luck!

Luck is necessary when you do not have sufficient tools or assets to succeed and must rely upon outside supply brought by.....luck! When you have all you need to succeed you no longer need luck but can fearlessly sally forth and seize good fortune.

One of the definitions of fortune is a bounty of good things. It isn't just a fortune teller thing. It is the certainty of finding good things, your fortune. As in he earned his fortune. As in fortunate. As in his car turned out to worth a fortune.
Luck is uncertainty, both good and bad. Fortune is an unknown certainty of good things. It may be a regional thing, but among Greek and Italian people I've often heard the statement "Good luck" be contradicted by another with "No, not good luck. GOOD FORTUNE!" usually accompanied by a pat on the back or a handshake. It means "You are capable and well prepared. Go claim your just reward."

Of course if you do everything wrong you will lose too. The best you can do is up your odds of success.

At this time, the best deal is from Ubisoft themselves, at least on the US store:
https://store.ubi.com/us/silent-hunt...tml?lang=en_US They have SH3 for the same price, and SH2 for a buck less. SH5 is at its regular $9.99 price On Steam, they have the Silent Hunter Package: https://store.steampowered.com/sub/13751/ but no SHII... and alas, no Destroyer Command at either, to go with the SHII... sigh If doing the Steam version, you need to have the Steam Silent Hunter Wolves of the Pacific (which is v1.3), ~AND~ the U-Boat Mission Add-on to have SH4 v1.5. You cannot apply the Ubisoft v1.4 patch to the Steam WotP, and you cannot apply the Steam Uboat Missions Addon to any other copy of the game, only a Steam copy - at least, that's the way it used to be...
