It is. There seems to be a huge amount of files in it that have not been changed the past 15 years. Surely you can place only those files into a JSGME mod that are changed from stock GWX or whatever.

I did the jonesoft version quick and copy folders to not forget a file.

PC always start up with a 2002

When I edit files save date is 2002.
