A quick fix I just tested is to delete all animation related nodes in both DC rack and operator, in data\Library\DC_R_KG.dat file. The weapon still functions properly without the animation (and imo it looks better than with it constantly playing).

SH5 doesn't seem to recognize condition for starting the animation as it is defined in the SH3 dat file, and I have no idea how to properly set up a condition for animation start.

Kapuhy, can you please be more specific which nodes should I delete in order to kill the DC animations?

What worked for me was deleting all nodes named "notset" in S3D with "KeyFrameAnimStartParams" child nodes under them, like these in a screenshot below:

Hey gents. Recently tried installing TWoS only to be constantly met with this issue.

I've got the steam version of the game so i feel like that may be the issue but i've tried literally everything that i could find but haven't seen any improvement.

Every time i try a new method of installation i have 100% totally uninstalled all trace of the game so i honestly don't know what else to try.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Change game installation location and try again but with full administrations rights...Good luck!
