Goldorak...actually the were breaking the law, but then this happened:

This is illegal and they stopped doing it. Not only cd-wow but also play.com. What is not illegal is to buy a game in hong kong (or another part of the wolrd) and have it delivered to your home (after paying custom duties vat etc...). I hope you can see the clear distinction between the two cases. |
