When you add an application to a profile in nVidia Inspector, you have two choices, one is "Application EXE Name (*.exe)" and the other is "Application Absolute Path (*.exe)"

I have found that by choosing the "Application EXE Name" works for me, but "Application Absolute Path" does not work. Check to see which one you've chosen or delete (remove) the applications from the profile and try one, then the other to see if that fixes it.

I have also found that I can rename my SH4.exe just about anything I want and it still works, but when I rename my sh3.exe it does not work.
