The two torpedoes you were having problems reloading won't happen to be the external (stored outside of the pressure hull) reloads would they?
If so, to reload them you need to be running on the surface. They take considerably more time to load into the torpedo room and then into their tubes (up to an hour each). David I |

And iirc the weather (wave height) might be a restriction in the ability to load from external torpedoes.
