SH3 torpedo loading
 

I have 2 torpedos which I can reload but all I'm getting is "torpedoes waiting to reload" what am I missing.

Do you have any, or enough, crew in the applicable torpedo room?

As my esteems colleagues above said,
See if you have enough crew and they are not tired. In silent mode, torpedoes are not loaded.
See if you also have auto-loading enable in the torpedo menu and if you are using H.Sie patch, if the sea is not rough.

and make sure you are out of silent running :)

torpedo loading not on silent running, plenty of crew, torpedos have been reloading ok. I have come across this before, not sure what the answer was even tried surfacing and then going to periscope depth. Many thanks for the input, when I work it out I'll let you know:Kaleun_Salute:

Moved some of the crew around and I have my torpedos, suspect a computer glitch, as I have move crew before. Will keep an eye on it in future.

External Torpedo Reloads
 

The two torpedoes you were having problems reloading won't happen to be the external (stored outside of the pressure hull) reloads would they?

If so, to reload them you need to be running on the surface. They take considerably more time to load into the torpedo room and then into their tubes (up to an hour each).

And iirc the weather (wave height) might be a restriction in the ability to load from external torpedoes.
