I don't think so

Re: Circling torps can't remember experiencing that even with stock game , other than Acoustic Torpedoes or Pattern Search type maybe, but that's not bug although it has been mentioned on another thread a while back . Is this any particular type ? I have come across Destroyers that don't react the Mission Scapa Flow has a couple there. Shouldn't happen too much tho

I actually do... Disabling torpedo malfunctions completely wouldn't be very realistic, especially if we know the fact that those things had happen during the WW2 more than once.

Torpedoes in TWoS are fine, if the game and the mod are installed correctly of course...

Circling Torpedoes are a feature added to WOS ! Really ? Malfunctioning is an altogether different matter

More like fixed and fine tuned by TDW's Generic Patcher and torpedo.sim entries...
You can check Generic Patcher's section for torpedoes and you'll see that it deals with "circle runner" calculations...

I only play with Auto TDC, I haven't seen 1 circling torpedo yet with the G7 first torpedos. But I have a lot to play still...Torpedos will be dud on a good normal rate, some will pass below target if I set depth to close to max depth as for the ID Book.

Hi XS
That is because you have TDW's Generic File Patchers patches + the FX_Update_0_0_22_ByTheDarkWraith mod.
This will stop circling torpedoes, a stock bug from appearing in your game.
