I was an ET, not a Nuc.
 I was a "Coner" and proud of it, thank you.  The only pen I had was the one I wasn't going to use to sign your qual card.  What's funny was that on my first boat there were almost as many YN's (yeomen) in the crew as ET's. Now-a-days, as I understand it, we own the forward half of the boat.
