It written in [Flotilla 5.Base x] "ID= F6xxx" (Ex: ID= F6LaPallice), I think it should be "ID=F5xxx"?

In other Flotilla Base, like Flotilla 1 then ID=F1xxx, Flotilla 2 then ID=F2xxx.

This is intended or a typo? Please excuse my curiosity

And a question:

How works the damage team? I have some light damage in the stern and bow of the boat, passed four days and no advance in reparations. I tried the special ability for more efficient damage team, but it is the same: it seems the boat remains damaged and the crew didn´t make nothing. I tried this surfaced and submerged.

I believe repairing is completely random, which is ok, sometimes you could do nothing with the damage.

I believe the repairing of structural and ballast/trim tanks, and maybe some other items, can only be done up to a certain point, then must be finished in port, where there is proper equipment to handle the repair.

Exactly, and this specially applies to a certain external equipment like shafts, rudders ect...

There is no "American career" in sh5 maybe you've blended SH4 an SH5 files?
You need uninstall all sh5 folder in documents folder too
Then better clean with CCleaner
And reinstall

My thoughts exactly...This is clear indication that something is not installed as it should. Your game still uses stock/incompatible Menu.txt file and probably some more from some reason...
