Let's see...
He's friendly. The loves everybody. If he doesn't love somebody, it's probably for a good reason. Everybody loves him. If somebody doesn't love him, they're probably not worth knowing. He's very low-maintenance. He'll never lie to you. He'll never spend your money recklessly. He may poop in your yard, but hey, nobody's perfect. He can be bribed for a steak, but there's not much he could do for you except be your friend. No corruption there. What's not to love? I'd vote for him.
