is v1.4b patch mismarked?

I am trying to make sure all updates are current before I start modding so I found a few downloads that were marked as "silent_hunter_3_download_1.4b_us.exe" but everyone I unpacked turned out to be v 1.3.
is anyone familiar with this?

Yes, it is. Once you load it up the Loading Screen should show 1.4. It will never show 1.4b. They forgot to change that in the final patch.
