I am surprised that you did not receive an upgrade during Total Germany. Did you sink any neutral ships? Are you using TWOS? TWOS v1.06 Compatible Additional Mods Endorsed By vdr1981 You will need to start a new career. You can use silentotto to select Happy Times. If not check out my tutorial downloads. Peter
