Run your mouse around the edge of the screen to check if the UI isn't set to mouse in/out.

I don't think that OFEV may be the problem here...

If you really want help, you will have to paraphrase your game/mod installation process in details and also to corroborate it with several screenshots of your main game folder, JSGME ect. Two screens with nothing on it certainly can not do the trick...

Otherwise , you're pretty much done here because if you can't track down what went wrong in your installation process (which is quite straight forward if I may add) probably no one else can also with such obscure informations ...
