Neal has fixed the problem with 'Moderation Queue'. Winkelmander's DBSM is now available at Subsim Downloads.

Steam Conversion Installation Instructions for SH5 Updated Version
Highly Recommended SH5 > The Wolves Of Steel Mega Mod > Includes Optional KSDCommander And Working Enigma M4 Machine

Download the zip the file in to your JSGME mods folder
Open it
Go to Extract tab
Ok.
Open the folder and make sure you can see the data folder.
Cut and paste the zip file out of SH5.
