I havnt played it yet so I will keep my idea brief . In multiplayer mode , once you pick a station are you relegated to just that station ?

Current multiplayer can be 1 person per sub, or 4 people per sub (multiplayer with multicrew), or anywhere in between. Single player is what I understand AI crewmembers will be used in.

My CO on the Pasadena was a Buck Ensign on the USS Seawolf SSN 575. This boat was built identical to a Balao class but much bigger to house the Reactor equipment and a few other spaces. Anyhow, He and I got into a discussion about how much more responsive those boats, the one with the controls AFT of the screws were over the Modern Nuke boats. There is a pivot effect that the sims dont model very well at all. Hopefully someday someone will get it, as it helps the subs maneuver better.

Hello everyone!
This week I've continued working on the U-boat's new compartments, focusing on UV mapping and preparing for texturing. The engine room, crew accommodation compartment and the galley are now unwrapped. Koji is modeling new merchant ships. Axel is working on the netcode. I'm looking forward for the interactions in the forward and stern torpedo rooms.
The reloading procedure now has a fixed reload time. The guy at the TDC, just clicks the torpedo panel and reloads it. But with a manual reload, there is no fixed time. The torpedo reload time depends how fast and correctly the person reloads the torpedoes. |
