They don't call 'em 'a Danish' fer nuthin'! My favorite sandwich is Jarlburg Swiss-sliced super thin-from the wedge with Grey Poupon (The American version is made with brown mustard seed grown in Canada) mustard (NO mayonnaise)on rye with sardines and a little sauerkraut.

Do you also get a side order of Rolaids, Tums or Pepto Bizmo for heartburn to go with the sandwich ?

Tums fer the tummy BBY although years of dining in truckstops has immunized me somewhat and I really go for Cajun or Thai cooking: 'It don't mean a Thang' if it an't got that Tang" @ Platypus: same issues: plumbing and taste buds go first. Head for a Whole Foods with an extensive cheese section and the Nice Cheese Ladies there will give you free samples till U find what tastes good...again. Even in Gourmet Napa dining-vino capital of the world, it's really the best cheese store in the valley in volume, variety, and quality.

I used to be a huge Jarlburg fan. But recently it just does not taste the same as I remember. Has the product changed or have I changed?
