Great support here! One thing to make my account perfect would be the fix of my U-Boot number. Actually U-29. Changing to U-96 would be much appreciated.

Okay excell, here's what you have to do. This only works while you're in the bunker.
Go to C:/Users/Your Username/My Documents/SH5/data/cfg/SaveGames. Select the most recently modified folder. Open ActiveUserPlayerUnits.upc with notepad. Use Ctrl+F to find your currently assigned hull number (in your case U-29), and replace it with your desired number. Make sure you find all entries with your current number. Open CareerTrack.upc with notepad. Use Ctrl+F to find your currently assigned hull number, and replace it with your desired number. Make sure you find all entries with your current number. Open the folder 'UPCInitial'. Open ActiveUserPlayerUnits.upc with notepad. Use Ctrl+F to find your currently assigned hull number, and replace it with your desired number. Make sure you find all entries with your current number. Open CareerTrack.upc with notepad. Use Ctrl+F to find your currently assigned hull number, and replace it with your desired number. Make sure you find all entries with your current number.

I don't know about bonuses/penalties for realism level. On the one hand everyone plays as he wants. On the other if you want to compare your achievements with other players want to compare it to those who play on the same difficulty. Any ideas about it? About other cool features I'm open to suggestions |

You shouldn't use these because, most of the time, there is good chance that torpedo will hit something even after our sonarmen declares "torpedo miss" (especially when shooting salvos). Quote:
The main problem with this system is that it is unreliable. For example...You can select realistic settings when you start new campaign, and then if you change your realism settings while in the bunker (uncheck no external views, no map contacts ect) , realism level in CareerTrack.upc file will still be shown as "realistic". Inside every savegame folder there is a file called "GameplaySettings.cfg" with entries like these... Code:
[Current] LimitedBatteries=true LimitedCompressedAir=true LimitedO2=true LimitedFuel=true RealisticRepairTime=true ManualTargetingSystem=true NoMapUpdate=true RealisticSensors=true DudTorpedoes=true RealisticReload=true NoEventCamera=true NoExternalView=true NoStabilizeView=true MPShowPlayerNames=false MPShowTorpedoes=false NoShipHealthBar=true NoGunProjectilePath=true Just my suggestions...

You should connect automatically. Sometimes it takes time.

New version
- Adding launched torpedoes counter. - Realistic level now counts in percents. - Adding record for Objective Achieved event. Info about realistic level, torpedoes and Objective Achieved will add after you will get in KSDCommander next time. So if you see that any captain have launched torpedoes = 0 it is likely that he just has not visited the program after this update. Quote:
What if I take away from the total number of launched torpedoes torpedoes that impact and get the number of torpedoes that missed? And then for every missed torpedo will minus 10 merit points? Torpedoes were very expensive and it provides an incentive to save them. What do you think about it? And maybe there is EntryTitle with something like defective torpedo? I deleted died event from your Cpt.Kurtz for reason his stats updated with torpedoes count. I hope you have not deleted saves with Cpt.Kurtz. And add dead event again after next visit in program please. Thanks for your suggestions. |

You need to write your login and password in right upper corner. Then program will remember you with this login and password. Its like registration. |

Stand by, I have to check something... It seems that when you shoot salvo , the game will count it as single "torpedo in the water" entry, which is not good... I'm also going to upload Cpt.Kurtz's save game folder so you can examin it in more details...Is that OK?
