Nisgeis 3d TDC mod and Radar Range Unit mod does that and it is a stand alone mod.
http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/down...o=file&id=1901 TMO includes it and I believe it is compatible with GFO. I had tried at one time to integrate it in RFB, but it changes too many files. I also don't use OTC since I find it makes too many changes.
