AScope PPI fix?
 

Hi does anyone know of a mod for fixing the AScope and PPI screens to give accurate range and bearing measurements. I know OTC comes with this, but I don't want all the extra stuff from that mod, and I have tried extracting the correct files for the radar systems alone but I have a feeling I have missed one or two files as the AScope hasn't changed at all. I have search the forums and only found a dead link to a mod that does this. Any help would be ideal as I love the technical aspect of this game and would really like to get my boats sets running as accurately as possible.

Nisgeis 3d TDC mod and Radar Range Unit mod does that and it is a stand alone mod.

TMO includes it and I believe it is compatible with GFO. I had tried at one time to integrate it in RFB, but it changes too many files.

I also don't use OTC since I find it makes too many changes.

Thank you! Most appreciated. You say it's already in TMO? But the range overlay on the AScope is still in meters and I use yards. And it's also inaccurate. I tested it. :/ but I'll certainly have a look at this one. Cheers!

I think Nisgei's mod is only in the Gato in TMO 2.5.
