Try blackjack during a blackout. You'll never go back to backgammon.

Icon12 we love our blackouts...literally!

^INDEED! Lootin', arson or.... A thriving urban legend arose in the wake of the blackout, claiming that a peak in the birthrate of the blacked-out areas of New York City was observed nine months after the incident. The myth originated in a series of three articles published in The New York Times in August 1966, in which interviewed doctors mentioned that they had noticed an increased number of births. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northeast_blackout_of_1965 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_York_City_blackout_of_1977

Yeah, I'm kind of surprised the "was it necessary?" guilt bombs haven't started dropping yet as they have in years past.

With Soviet entry into the war and fire bombings it was not (from WW2 perspective).

But then the nuclear bombings of Japanese cities were not the last shots of WW2, but first shots of the Cold War.
