Actually they just said on the news the next one will be in 2022 here as well. No idea why they said earlier it would be 2081. Maybe that will be the next total eclipse while the one in 2022 will just be a partial one.

It'll also depend on where you are in the world.

Yes, but they said earlier that the next one here at the center of the universe (which is my hometown of course!) will be in 2081 while then stating later that it will be in 2022...my location hasn't changed since the first statement...
