Thanks for the warm welcome. After playing with TMO a bit I did find out how you guys said I can turn it manual targeting and all off and I still sink a few with it but I'm actually enjoying it I end up sometimes leaving it running overnight just with my volume turned up to warn me of anything and had to get up and dive down to evade a Japanese destroyer and did it successfully made my night but in all I have to say TMO has made this feel a hell of a lot better.

It's a good game stock. The mods, especially the super mods, really make it an excellent game, enough to be able to stay interested for years.

For the modders

Default Errors

Resurecting my old thread in hopes of a little assistance. Since my last time I unfortantely had to format my comp due to some failed hardware installations on my part and ended up screwing up my hard drives. I come back to install TMO and RSRDC and TMO ends up giving me a strange error of "File not found: data/menu/data/black80.tga" figured it was just a mod clash maybe one updated and is conflicting so let me just try TMO alone no optional or other mods. Come to find out thats where the errors(theres a long list after that all pretty much the same. Figured maybe faulty dl or corrupted one but redownloaded it proved the same result. Is this just a me thing, or is this happening(ed) to anyone else before? I miss the fear I had having a destroyer float above me.

The file missing, black80.tga seems to come up with people trying to use mods made for v1.5 on an early version of the game.

Do you have v1.5 of the game?

If so, is it in a Steam installation?

Yes I have v 1.5 steam version with uboat missions and all, and sparug said he got it when he installed JSGME incorrectly I might try that when I wake up just got off work.

Ha, that's an error report I know. I got it when I installed JSGME incorrectly in a subfolder (its own folder) rather than directly in the SH4 folder.

As far as mods are concerned, I am pretty much a noob (1/2 playing maybe?) and I enjoy the mods in my signature. For some reason installing the ship physics and optical corrections didn't work for me, but TMO and RSRDC are definitely a good combo.

Good hunting
