Get a member to nominate you for a vote. The vote first being approved by the general members. If you get enough votes, that only gets your application sent to the Rat Council for another vote. If you pass that vote, then your app goes to the Board. If the Board approves it, it then goes to the Executive branch. If approved, we will then put it for a full vote to all members. If you get enough votes, then you're on probation for 90 days as an honorary member. During that time, you have to do 3 things.

Insult a moderator, without getting a permanent forum ban. {tricky}
Sniff every fart at command....
Wash underwear....

At the end of 90 days, you'll go through a mild hazing, followed by learning and partaking of the secret handshake with every member..{cept Donna}
After that, you'll bend before Zod and kiss his ring. Then you'll be a full member.

You can skip this process with a one time payment to the Treasurer {Armistead} for $100 and be a full member in poor standing. For an extra $50, I'll throw in a committee position...

You have to insult a mod just the right amount. If you do it right, you'll get a warning, if you want to impress us, get sent to the brig, do it wrong, well, nice knowing ya.....The trick is to piss one off without breaking the rules. However, if one thinks you're doing it to join the rats, they'll make you suffer, so be mum about it...

Insult can't be given, unless taken. So, if a moderator takes your insult, well, we won't be responsible and will disavow any knowledge of your actions.

Don't forget, an extra special circumcision will be the consequences of getting caught and tossed in the brig.
