Could never find one... Even tried excel charts, but the resolutions were 'dodgy'
Had to resort to linear image 'dot and rotate' in photoshop = Manual Labour. But it worked. You could also try circularise a linear image in photoshop... I haven't tried this, as i think the resulting accuracy might not be right. i was even thinking of a CNC machine to make circular disks like this.
