Kind of a strange thing this is. I was reading about it yesterday. From what I gather, US citizen farmer Joe agreed to pay $$ allowing his cattle to graze on park land. Farmer Joe decided it was really his land that was owned a century ago and annexed by the Fed. Farmer Joe feels he should not have to pay as a result. I think Farmer Joe is in deep trouble and destined to lose this battle.

Oh the dangers of eminent domain. All for the sake of a bloody turtle that the cows probably have no impact on whatsoever?
It's the typical Napoleon syndrome that seems to run rampant in our government agency's head offices.

When they don't get their way, they instantly resort to the jackbooted thug approach.

How soon is the domain due? I think you might mean eminent domain which means something else entirely.

Sorry Steve I'm wearing your grammar jackboots.

The militia wears combat boots.
I kick dirt on the jackboots because they are only called upon to interfere with a man's life and liberty and his right to due process.

Oh, thank you for correcting my spelling.

That is about all it boils down too. I think he owes over a million in grazing fees.

Since he is breaking the licence and not paying the fees, is it a safe bet that he doesn't carry the required insurance too?
Which raises the question, who is the bigger muppet, Bundy or the militia nuts flocking to his "cause"?
