I Do not know if we will be able to test LSH3_v6 on all our PCs with Win 8.1 but we will do even after Release.

Well,
if you think about TDW's "Ship_Plane_Fire_Damage" it is not included in LSH3_v6, because we think, that a ships crew did not want to take a bath and therefore does it's best to clear the fire(s).
