Yoda had his little hover 'round that also doubled as a toilet when he wasn't living in his swamp. Strong with the force was he and getting rid of a light meal was no problem.

At least the question of toilets on a spaceship were covered in Joss Whedon' Firefly. They had toilets and sinks similar to WWII subs. Fold outs. Probably dumped their sewage in space periodically. Watch out for those floating bricks.

They'll paint your hull.
