You don't remember when i was trying to decrease my crew accuracy in fog?
Stock IRAI settings were 0.75, and my crew was able to see (hence to lock) a target while i couldn't see a damn thing... I increased the value to 1, and now my crew see boats only when i can see them  I tried at first (logicaly) to decrease this value, but results were inverse
