First, wrong order...IRAI should be after NewUIs...but that's not all...

For exclamation marks and highlighted stuff border, you should get SteelViking interior mod + patch
It get rid of it...

Your difficulty settings should be memorized.
Go to your documents/SH5/data/Cfg/gameplaysetting and set to true or false whatever you need, then save.
Should be definitely stored

About sounds, i don't know if there is a volume somewhere...i usually use my PC volume.

About camo, i never use it

For the message box, you have to deactivate mods, go in NewUIS/data/application, and launch the fileviewer.
You'll find a message box tab, and set whatever you need!
You can make it draggable, or best, desappear/reappear when mousing over (that's what i set)

The message options settings, you can set it via fileviewer as said above
