Please can anyone help me with refitting torpedoes and ammo?

sounds like a bug or mod class.Make sure you have V 1.5 Any mods? Once you click it you add torpedoes to the reserves, then need to click refit again or move the reserve to the tubes, then click refit again.If not restocking torpedoes on gun ammo at all, its a bug.
