Excuse my ignorance
 but was that the standard radio issued to U-boats? Do you have links with more info about it? How did it work, etc. I might try to make a mod with it, but I need more info.Edit: Just took a quick look at SH4 and that's the same radio texture for the fleet boats!  That needs to be changed!
