Oh, you can, no doubt on that, but many people have ruined their tongues with industrial food for too long, maybe. Extracting the caffeine inevitably comes at the cost of reducing the level of aromes and oils a tiny little bit - and you taste that. I for sure do, no matter which brand. Oil, like fat, is a taste carrier. And missing aromes: well, are missing aromes. So far no caffeine extraction method is known that avoids these losses.

But I do not throw them into coffee. It would be an insult to the drink, and an abuse of the coffee. I like Irish coffee - but only the ready-mixed concentrate by Jakobs.

I am sure coffee will be eventually twisted into some kind of nasty drug, because the Pharma companies found something they can capitalize off of.

Get it, big Pharma owns the usa, you other guys better react before they own you too, cut off your viagra supply or something.

(edit: cialis is better, rock hard for hours, good for blood pressure too) Just saying, in case anyone asked
