I'm not too well-versed in English Humor. I like An Idiot Abroad.

Karl Pilkington and Stephen Merchant are really funny. I honestly don't care for Ricky Gervais as much. I want to see the Brit version of The Office sometime. I love the American version.

I've always wondered.
Humor and humour are both accepted by spell checking software.

So when is it wrong to use humour or humor?

It's never wrong to use either one. The accepted British standard has a lot of 'U's (humour, honour, endeavour, colour) whereas the American standard is to drop the 'U' from those words. Either one is acceptable. The Brits like to rib their American cousins, and it's all in fun.

Thanks Steve.

So Jim is wrong then by saying it's better to use 'humour'.
But then again, he's an English guy. He can't help it
