OMG! Trying the RSRDC with Traveller advice, my greenish issue is completely gone!
Got a fantastic rendering any day/night time now! Just love it
Don't know what happened exactely, but here is my mod list:

1_TriggerMaru_Overhaul_2-5
RSRDC_TMO_V502
RSRDC_V5xx_Patch1
Traveller Mod v2.03 for TMO
Rescue Sub v 1.2 for Traveller Mod v2.03 TMO 2.5
MyKey
Shaders for 2.5 (to fix my sub room darkness)
Improved Stock Environment_v2
#2 ISE Realistic Colors

Here is the rendering at 12h, without any greenish horizon as before:

Sun rises are just wonderful too!:

Living in Pacific theater since many years (Nouméa) can tell you SH4 sea i get now is so close to reality, it's stunning! Colors, reflection, opacity is just perfect to me now
Just hope i'm gonna love this RSRD campaign

Wasn't RSRD, it doesn't mess with any of the enviroment related files, but glad you got what you want.

Armistead,

I have to ask you, since I don't play TMO. The "life-like" water, did you make it that way or is it from TMO? It looks really good; very "wet", not at all like plastic or molasses.

I'm using Improved Stock Environment_v3_TMO&RFB with #2 ISE Realistic Colors and really like it. Very much like I see in your photos. Good job!

Yes, and still there!
About WW2 stories around here, beside the fact Americans built almost everything here (main roads, our airport still active!, extended the harbor for big ships, hospital still working! etc etc...) and more than 1.3 million American soldiers transited by Nouméa because it was a huge base in Pacific and Coral sea battle was just few hundred miles North away (thanks god Americans decided to come here, otherwise our island would have been invaded ), and small stories like a Jap submarine beeing sinked South of Pine island here by an American plane...that's about it!
Oh...and still a lot of mines around our lagoon...even if they tried not so long ago to clear them.

Oh, and i found what solved my green horizon!
It's something in latest Traveller Mod v2.03
In fact, it's something inside his shaders folder!
It makes my environment mod perfect at any time of day...and his new waves tweeking inside is just very good.

I added those files in my shaders mod for TMO 2.5 (where i already have the file that fixed the main room darkness), and tested it just with TMO and ISE V2 + ISE realistic colors. Result is fantastic.
Thanks to Traveller, even if he didn't mean it!

That's really interesting. I sometimes try to imagine what it would be like to live in an exotic place like that. Are there any sunken ships or plane wrecks lying about?

Yes, but fortunately there wasn't any battle just around Nouméa area, and i don't recall any American ship sinked here even by accident.
Many boats sinked here before WW2 (and one of the biggest in the world! - The France II), and some after WW2, but not during war...
They found an American bomber almost intact in our lagoon, crashed by accident in WW2 though.
The Jap submarine sinked South of Pine island must be still there, but way too deep to see and find anything...

An other question to modders and veteran captains:

In my game, i get everything wonderful now, except my sun size
The sun disc looks way too small in day light, and furthermore not realistic.
Sunrise and sunset are quite ok though...(as you can see on screens above)
Is there a way to increase its size, without messing the rest?

Fifi, you're not suppose to look at the sun...it's bad for your eyes.

Yes, you can, you can change the texture or adjust the size of the one you have based on time of day in the scene dat.

As example, here is what i have on my main PC with GTX 580:

Sun disc is ridiculous
And here is what i get on my poor laptop, with a crap Nvidia card:

So, why do i get a nice sun with my poor laptop, and a crappy one on my big machine??
I thought it was a resolution issue, but after trying others, same result...
Could it be an other post effect stuff problem?
Same graphical settings ingame, on both computers...and same mods enabled.

I believe this can be fixed with adjustments of the Nvida driver properties. Lots of advice and howto's in this thread.

Thanks Dave. I'll try to lower my AA and AF as said in the link.
I run AA almost maximum (Q32) as well as AF (X16), so maybe it's related
But i'm using Nvidia Inspector instead of Nhancer...
