After the second MRI, they tell me they want to operate again?!!!
I explained to my case worker, "They want to operate again when I could've had this cleared up last year? Then my arm in a sling for two weeks again, followed by months of physical therapy again? Forget it!"

I'll live with the pain and loss of function. One doctor even tried to send me back to work before the new MRI reveal another tear.

We see the same crap all the time with worker's comp. They try to save money, but end up spending twice or three times as much.
