i think they inspected the roads first and fixed what had to be fixed.
looked damn good to me, for a small island rural street. however, the stuff is tight right there. one mistake, and you go plowing right into a front yard. and at that speed, you will cross that front yard, a dozen more - walls, hedges, trees, benches and flowers included, and splatter your brains all over the patio of the last house of the street. Awesome. Insane. Impressive.
