Exactly, with steam you need the cd in the drive while playing, not so with the retail 1.02 or battlefront release so why the hassle ? :hmm:

I think you only need the cd in the drive to 'prove' the steam you own the game. So you need only do it once. Frankly there's very little information on the whole process which I hope will be rectified soon.
