These so called 'physical actions to strengthen is military' will probably consist of taking an extra bowl of rice off each of its already starving population to feed up its forces personnel

More DPRK nonsense, even if they did shell Yeonbongfongdongtaepongdo, the ROK can reply with six times the accuracy and twice the firepower. I think Pyongyang is slowly starting to realise that the days of threatening the 'weak old South propped up by the US' are pretty much past, the south is not weak anymore.
