Welcome aboard. You need to scrape and repair all that damage you caused.
 Stock game test depth is exactly that. What it says is what you get. It's been a while since I played stock, I forget what the crush depths are. My favorite set is TMO, RSRDC, MaxOptics, then assorted mini-mods. There is a lot written on the forum about the mods. My suggestion is to try different ones and see what you like.
