Default Re-Installed SH5 with Problems

I reinstalled SH5 after having some needed repairs to my computer. I am loading from the disk and keep getting the following !!!STARTVIEW!!!

Windows 7 - 64

Did you try intstall it with Compatability for XP? I've heard that can be an issue.

Also try running a registry cleaner. There could be leftovers from the last install causing problems.

Yeah, I've heard that some games will need to be played in Compatibility mod on Vista or Windows 7. I'm still running XP so I don't know which games they are. It was just a thought to check on.

It's a Win7/Vista trick. You can run a program in various levels of compatability.
