Default Name of the book?

Well I use to read that book looooong time ago as a kid... it's the fictional story about a captain of a Royal Navy submarine named "Trout" and he is trying to catch newest (nuclear powered ) prototype of German U-boat... anybody remembers the name of the book?

I don´t know the book, but I want a nuclear german Uboat in SH3!!! With intercontinental missiles for Operation Drumbeat II (the nuke bombardement of NY).

Really, it´s too fantasy...

Regards.

the book was also known as 'His Majesty's U-Boat.'

Well by short reviews... I don't think so...no... sorry, but it was published 1984... I was 10 years old then... all I remember he (the main character, the captain) managed to destroy that nuclear U-boat in some Norwegian fiord... or was it some island...secret base of that U-boat... i.e. set it on fire... and he comes back after the war as an old man to see her one more time...the name of his sub was Trout I'm 100% sure...I remembered it because it was pretty funny name for a sub...
