STEAM issue and question

Didn't work, some files would not copy. I think I'll wipe out both steam folders and start over.

This is frustrating lol. Our Canadian money is so much better then USD. If you want I can even dip it in maple syrup and poutine if that's what turns your crank

But really, this is annoying. I had this problem earlier trying to use a VISA gift card. Returned the card, got a new one and it worked fine. Now it's not accepting my card due to "unknown error" when I used it to buy things just the other day on Steam...

And I tried letting all Steam apps through firewall and even turning my firewall off. Still nothing.
